We reserve the right to pause or suspend accounts that violate our community standards or attempts to misuse confidential information.

Only submit truthful resumes, certifications, and work history. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the platform.

Do not share employer proprietary information or selection assessments publicly.

Report suspicious job listings to the SILF support team so we can review and take action.

Employers must have the legal authority to hire for every position posted on the platform.

Job ads should include clear responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation ranges where possible.

Employers agree to protect candidate data, use it solely for recruitment, and comply with privacy regulations.

Premium services (talent campaigns, featured jobs, consultancy) are invoiced in advance and follow the payment schedule communicated during onboarding.

Fees are non-refundable once a campaign or job post goes live, except where required by law.

Failure to pay invoices on time may lead to temporary suspension of employer visibility until outstanding balances are cleared.

SILF may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We provide the platform “as is” and do not guarantee employment outcomes, though we work hard to maintain quality opportunities.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian law, with Abuja serving as the governing jurisdiction unless mutually agreed otherwise.
